Are these cups leak-resistant?

Can I print a full-color design?

Yes. Full-color CMYK printing is available on the outside of the cup for logos, illustrations, flavor graphics, QR codes, and promotional artwork.

Can every size use the same artwork?

The design can stay consistent across sizes, but each cup has a different printable area and dieline. We adjust the layout for the selected size and send a digital proof for approval.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 cups per size and design. Larger quantity tiers provide a lower unit price.

Are lids included?

No. Lids are sold separately unless a specific product configuration states otherwise. Match the lid to the cup rim diameter, not only the cup capacity.

Can I add spoons to the order?

Yes. Wooden spoons, disposable gelato spoons, tasting spoons, and heavy-duty ice cream spoons can be ordered separately and coordinated with your cup order.

What artwork files work best?

Vector PDF, AI, or EPS files are preferred. High-resolution PNG or PSD files may also work. Include fonts or convert text to outlines, and keep important details inside the safe area.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. A digital proof is provided after the order and artwork are received. Production begins only after the proof is approved.

How long does a custom order take?

Timing depends on quantity, artwork approval, and delivery method. Production and delivery estimates are confirmed after the final specification and proof are approved.

Are the cups disposable and recyclable?

They are intended for single-use foodservice. Recycling availability for PE-coated paper cups varies by location, so check local collection rules and separate accessories when required.
