What is included in one sample pack?

One assorted pack of empty matte film coffee bag samples. Pieces, sizes, colors and bag styles are selected from available stock; there is no fixed sample count or guaranteed combination. We confirm the specific assortment after ordering.

Can I request a particular size, valve or zipper?

Yes. Contact us with your target coffee weight, bag dimensions and preferred valve or zipper before checkout. We will check stock and confirm whether those samples are available. Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed by the photos.

Does this price include my logo or a custom printed proof?

This price is for existing stock samples for material and structure evaluation. They may be blank or carry existing example printing. Your own printed logo, new artwork, custom labels or a production proof require a separate quote; they are not included in this sample pack.

Does a matte finish mean the bag has an aluminum layer?

No. Matte describes the outer finish, not the inner laminate. Different matte bags can use different layer structures. If you need an aluminum layer, a non-foil construction or a particular barrier performance, tell us before dispatch so we can confirm suitable samples.

How should I test the samples?

Check matte texture, filling space, closure construction, sealing and label adhesion. Try your own coffee to assess usable capacity, which varies with roast, bean density and fill level. Test sealing with your intended equipment; a zipper alone is not a substitute for the required final seal.

What are the shipping cost and delivery time?

Checkout shows the delivery options and any applicable shipping charges for your address. Contact us before ordering if you need the pack by a particular date; stock selection and destination affect dispatch and delivery.

Can the sample fee be refunded after a bulk order?

Yes, following the sample-fee refund offer on our existing Coffee Bag Sample Pack. Contact our team with your sample order and subsequent bulk order so the refund can be arranged.

Can you customize the bags or apply labels for a later bulk order?

Yes. After choosing the material and size, request a quote for direct bag printing or custom labels printed and applied before dispatch. Those services are quoted separately for the bulk order.
