Cross-Border E-Commerce Entrepreneur  ·  14 Years of Experience  ·  Packaging Specialist

Zoe Huang is the Founder of LeafPackage and a cross-border e-commerce entrepreneur with 14 years of experience in international business, brand operations, digital marketing, product sourcing, supplier coordination, and global customer fulfillment.

Born in 1990, Zoe represents a new generation of female founders who grew alongside the rise of global e-commerce. Over the past 14 years, she has worked across the full cross-border business chain — from product selection, online store operations, customer acquisition, and advertising to sourcing, order management, logistics, and customer experience.

Today, she is building LeafPackage to make custom packaging more accessible, transparent, and manageable for small and growing brands worldwide.

Why Zoe Started LeafPackage

After years of working in cross-border e-commerce, Zoe saw the same problem appear again and again:

Many small businesses could find products, build websites, run ads, and reach customers — but packaging remained difficult.

Custom packaging often involved high minimum order quantities, unclear pricing, fragmented suppliers, long sampling processes, complicated artwork requirements, and unpredictable international shipping costs.

For growing brands, packaging is not just a product purchase. It affects brand presentation, customer experience, product protection, storage pressure, shipping cost, cash flow, and reorder planning.

Zoe founded LeafPackage to help close that gap.

“LeafPackage was created to help brands move from a packaging idea to a practical, production-ready, and globally delivered solution — without having to manage disconnected suppliers and complicated logistics on their own.”

The team supports customers through packaging consultation, product selection, material recommendations, mockups, sampling, production coordination, quality control, and international delivery.

Zoe’s Approach to Packaging

Zoe believes the best packaging solution is not always the most expensive, the most customized, or the one with the lowest quoted unit price.

A practical packaging decision should balance:

✓  Brand presentation ✓  Unit cost ✓  Product protection ✓  Total delivered cost ✓  Minimum order quantity ✓  Inventory risk ✓  Production timeline ✓  Reorder flexibility ✓  Storage capacity ✓  Long-term brand growth

This is why LeafPackage does not only quote packaging as individual products. The team helps customers think through the full project — from launch goals and packaging format to production feasibility, freight planning, and future reorders.

The goal is always the same: help the customer choose the packaging path that works for their business stage, budget, timeline, and growth plan.

Founder Perspective

Zoe’s work is shaped by a practical operator’s mindset.

She understands that small and growing brands often have to make packaging decisions under real constraints: limited budgets, uncertain demand, small storage space, tight launch schedules, and the pressure to make a brand look professional without overcommitting to inventory.

Her view is that packaging should help a brand grow — not create unnecessary operational risk.

Through LeafPackage, Zoe is building a more transparent and accountable way for growing brands to access custom packaging and China-based manufacturing. Instead of asking customers to coordinate multiple factories, designers, freight providers, and customs processes, LeafPackage works to bring the project into one connected workflow.
